Just started WW on Monday and this is my second day of dieting. I was not doing south Beach but I was somersizing. Susan Somers diet. It worked for a while, very similar to South beach, but it stopped working after a bit.
What I can tell you, and I hestitated too believe me, is that the new WW is sooooo much better. Fruits and veggies are now free, zero, zip points, and that makes life easier for me.
You have a lot more points to play with- and I dont feel deprived of Carbs!!
I am finding it much easier to stick to it this time around.
Ive done the WW thing before, trust me, several times before- and gained it all back.
The only words of wisdom I can provide from personal experience, is give it a go again if you think WW will work for you. I did the same thing you did. But the 2nd time around, I know I can Live with this diet. Good Luck on your decision.
