WW challenge week 2 result
Still missing about 10 week 1 results. So i've just lapsed those over to habing not gained or lost.
week 2 results now. New week, new numbers. |
I weigh in Mondays and I'm down 300g... to 113.7kg. I didnt track last week so this week my goal is to track.

I was 165.4 lbs this morning.

Ya sorry I screwed up my post yesterday....my current weight is 270.8 I was 273.2 last week! Whoops! Sorry!

I weighed in at 213.1 lbs this morning!

I gained, but i wasnt tracking or working out this week. I felt discouraged cos no one else here was trying :( (seemed to be).
so 194.2 here |
I was 147 last week and I am now 145.8 which means I lost 1.2 pounds! Yeh!
And I met my 10k steps goal most days except for Saturday (not a good day) and I met my breakfast at 10am goal every day. |
I think it's unfair to say no one else was trying...

HURRAY! I'm celebrating 3 months on plan today! :celebrate:
Let's see... Weigh-in this week was 299.6. Which... means... that... I'm no longer 300+ pounds! :broc: Ha ha! It means my weigh-ins so far were Week 1: Maintained at 300.0 Week 2: Lost .4 But, I love it! I've lost weight. AND I'M STILL HERE! So many things accomplished in 3 months, but just this past week I started doing some wall push-ups and chair squats. Most people probably think I'm being wimpy by doing those things, but I swear at my weight they are a difficult and trying workout! I'm stoked for this coming week to continue the strength training exercises and to keep my daily walks going. So. Who's got healthy plans this coming week? Activities? Food plans? Mental health mantras? |
Don't be discouraged Jinksie. I think that it's not people are not trying, but that many people seemed to be confused about the challenge..
Congratulation on your loss, Lovely! Such a major point in your journey! :) For this week, I really want to be really on track, because I'm leaving in vacations next friday... Vacations is always a bit harder on the bad food habit, but I'll do my best. I really want to have a good week before having to disastrous ones LOL For activites, I'm doing something called ''Challenge 20 minutes'' it organized by a runner shop, you just have to join them and run 20 minutes :) They give you a cap and a healthy snack after it. I often have to walk when I jog, I'll see what happen at the challenge! |
I didn't weigh in for week one. My starting weight was 173. I'm down 2.2 to 170.8.

I am at my sister's house in Oklahoma until tomorrow night, so I was unable to weigh in. I will weigh in on Wednesday morning. I am not expecting anything fantastic though because it's been wicked hot here and I'll be flying which always makes me swell. LOL

I have been doing Weight Watchers for about 4 weeks now. I love it!! It almost makes me wonder why dieting has always been so hard before. I have lost 11 lbs. This week I should make my 5% goal! Woo!! So I thought this was a great time to get back on here and keep myself motivated. I am now under 230 lbs. So excited!

I gained 1.8 pounds this week. Not sure what happened since I really did have a good week on plan. I was pretty upset at the meeting but I have managed to push on and stay on plan. Praying the 1.8 plus more will be gone at the next WI!

Down 8 pounds....started out at 240 last week now I'm at 232!

Down .8 this week to make a total of 35.6 lost. Bringing me to a total of 139 lbs even. Yay for getting into the 130s!

We should have a weekly challenge. I think whoever loses the most weight for the week should get to say what this week's challenge will be and maybe that is something we can work on during the week? Maybe that would spark more interaction/motivation?

CW: 191.0 GW: 182.4 I gained the first week, then "lost" 2.6 this week. So, I'm down a total of 1.4 for week 2. I wouldn't mind taking it over, but in reality, I think it would be better for someone else to. If no one steps up, I can do it. Also, just a thought, maybe we don't need a spreadsheet at all? |

About the spreadsheet - Sure it's nice to see what we will have lost overall, but since we're going for a mostly individual set of goals, we probably don't "need" it. Spooky - It's not a bad idea to switch up the challenges each week to get people moving more or focusing on GHG. But I don't know that I'd leave that up in the air or someone might not realize they've lost the most weight... or we might have 3 different new weeks started depending on when people post their weight or the like. |
WTG on everyone's losses.
I feel really good today. I have tracked all my meals. Planned and cooked a new WW meal - Chicken and Mushroom Crepes. They were delicious. My son loved them and since it is just the two of us and serves 4 we will have them again tomorrow night for dinner. Making WW recipes have helped me stay on track. I make a meal that serves 4, and I either freeze the other 2 portions for later or I have them the next night. In the past I would have gone through drive thru a few times a week, just cause I hated cooking or couldnt have been bothered. What is everyone else aiming for as a little goal this week? |
My goal this week is to track every day and do my best to meet all the GHGs. That's it. I am trying to be more active at home but I am still not up for any conventional exercise so that's out.
At my meeting yesterday a couple of the ladies said they had been trying a new recipe every week (usually from the weekly handout they give you) and so maybe I will do that, too. Wouldn't hurt to switch things up a bit. ETA: I like the spreadsheet idea but am excel-challenged. I will miss you when you're offline, Jinks. :hug: |
the spread sheet was to see how much we all lose. Last week was 22lbs lost.

I posted this on last weeks thread (weigh in is on sat) but...I had a 2.2 gain. No idea what happened as I stayed on track.
Goal this week: continue tracking and get to the gym 4-5 times.. Have a blessed week! |
I've been thinking, I saw another challenge on I don't remember what thread. There might be a way to put it on an app of google and access it all by our own and put down our WI and stuff. I'll have a look at it.
I wouldn't mind taking over at all, but I'm going away for two weeks friday and won't have Internet. But after that I wouldn't mind at all to do it :) And great idea Spooky :) Trying new receipes sounds fun! |

No, it wouldn't let me access it at all. Plus it is in French. I requested access and I'm pretty sure it said something about an email but I'm not a francophone so I'm not positive.

Google sent me an email for some sharing parameters (that I had no idea they existed, the test had its utility LOL).
So I guess this would work, everybody could post its own weight :) Pretty easy! Jinksie, if you want to send me your spreadsheet, I can log it in the common one if you want to! I'll send you my email in private. And Google+ would be a great idea Spooky! I'm a fan of facebook but I could join if we make a circle! Nice way to share stuff! |
I see the spreadsheet, but the page info is in French. Not sure if that matters. As the test text was showing up in one of the boxes.
