i just said breakfast. I meant purely as a first meal ... not specifically cereal or a breakfast based meal. Sometimes i'll miss it completely and eat pasta right off. Or something brunch like

Stayed the same this week. Ugh... i so wanted to get closer to 199. I am getting antsy as **** now! Only 14 lbs to go!!!!

First weigh in this morning. I lost 1.4. I was hoping for more, but I'll take it. At least I'm headed in the right direction. :)

I had a scale issue this morning.
I've been weighing almost every morning this week, just to see, because I had a big gain last week, and I wanted to see when it was going to go down. So I've been weighing at the SAME exact weight for 5 days. Not a single fluctuation of 100 g, nothing. So this morning I freaked out and made some test and my scale told me I weight the same 166,4 lbs naked and with short t shirt and big hoodie. What a surprise! I think it's a matter of the floor of my bathroom is crooked, when I weighed in in the kitchen I was down a pound. Stupid scale. :/ |

Yes, I use benefiber because I have trouble getting in enough fruits and especially veggies. It's a definite struggle for me. But in general it helps the shake keep me fuller than it would otherwise.

Oh and by the way, we are in yet ANOTHER heatwave this week. Upper mid to upper 90s all week and HUMID. Thursday and Friday are supposed to get up to 100. I'm not holding out a lot of hope for losing this week, but I'm certainly going to try!
