I hear that everyones keychain breaks :( i also hear that they will replace it if it does? im not going to actually use it. I am just putting my charms onto it and i have it so i can always see it as a reminder of all the cool stuff im doing at the moment :)

Merc, I don't actually use it. It just sits in the center console of my car so I see it everyday. But my fiancé fidgets with it all the time. Like spinning the ring part. And sure enough, the spring jumped out and the whole thing fell apart. Im still fussin at him for it.

Well, I was down 3.6 lbs this morning. I seem to have a slow week followed by a great week. That works just fine for me. I hope everyone is having a great week!

I totally ate more than i should have yesterday. I am hoping that i wont pay for it at next WI on friday. I didnt feel great either... wont be doing that again!! ugh

I did the WW 5K so that's how I earned the charm, but if you bring in proof you walked a 5K (like a pedometer showing your mileage) you can still get one.

Hi, everyone! I've been on a bit of a WW break. I counted calories for a few weeks and lately I haven't been doing anything but have managed to maintain my weight loss (which I think is a good thing). We are going on vacation next week and I will make every attempt to be reasonable but I won't be tracking food or activity points.
I am ready to get back to WW and points plus, though! (And thank you for the PM, Jinksie, I tried to respond to you and it kept bouncing back to me?) |

I cant wait to get below 200...Its such an exciting thought lol. I actually feel so blessed to be able to transform myself into a totally new person by just losing weight. Already seeing improved self esteem which is also very awesome, since that is something i have lacked terribly. |
tomorrow is a new day and week.
I took a week off from exercising, and i lost 2lbs.. MWAHAHA (i'd gained it and i forgot what i ate that made me), but i was hoping if i took an exercise break, i'd stop being tried (instead of working out, i'd take a nap if i saw it fit (lol)). Alas no. So i begin again tomorrow. But i vow to myself to drink more. i shared this with kimberly, and i'll share it with you all now also - a fact i read in a book i bought today. "At the lightest sign of dehydration, the metabolism will slow by 3%" something of that sort, anyhow. I cant find the exact quote now :( |
That's an interesting thought. I know I don't get enough water. But my problem is- I whenever I try to drink alot of water, I end up having to pee so much. The other day I drank two 16 ounce SF lemonades and literally was in the bathroom every 10 minutes the whole day. Which gets super annoying at work. I have never really been a big drinker. I have never in my entire life finished a canned coke. So for me drinking alot of liquids is so foreign. But I'm gonna try to do better.

Forgot to say that I am not looking forward to weighing in tomorrow mornin. I just ha three slices of pizza for dinner. Which wasn't a very good choice. But at least it was Naked Pizza, it could have been alot worse I guess.
Also tomorrow's my first meeting with the new mystery leader. Since WW Corporate kicked my leader from my meeting. I'm gonna try to give whoever it is a chance, but I know I'm gonna miss my regular lady. |
