Hi Everyone

I hopped on the scale today to see the damage that was done while I was on vacation and sure enough there was a gain. I'm angry because I'm back in the 160's and I completely threw caution to the wind these past 5 days. I was so close to goal and now I'm further away, this sucks..

I found that my vacation gain went away quickly...just in a couple days of healthy eating! Get right back to your healthy routine and it'll be off before you know it!

Get it off before it grows roots! Some of it could be water weight.

You know you can lose it. You lost 100 lbs before, you can certainly lose a vacations worth of weight

First of all - congrats on the total weight loss - that is awesome.

Second - don't let it get you down. I think everyone has a little slip now and then, what is important is not letting it get to you and getting right back up.

Third - remind me of this when I get home from Vegas in August....because I am sure I will be saying the same thing......

Thanks guys =D I know it's probably water weight because I was eating a lot of stuff that had a ton of sodium in it. I'm back on track today and tracking!

Your weight is gunna fluctuate a little here and there girlfriend, even at goal. You wont ever be heavy again... you have the tools and good habits now to know how to eat properly to keep yourself healthy. Your doing fantastic.

You'll be back on track and back down in no time. We're human. It's gonna happen occasionally. You know you can get back to it!

I did the same thing. After a few days, I'm back down within two pounds of where I was.

As long as you had a great vacation and can get back on track...who cares?!
