Default Question about 3 month tracker

I very recently started on WW Online and have been just chicken scratching my daily points in a notebook. Does anyone know if the 3 month tracker you can purchase from WW have the GHG's boxes to check on each day's page?

I really want something tangible that I can have with me in my purse to track my points, GHG's, etc.

And I am too cheap to get a smartphone

On one page is a place to record what you eat and the points and on the facing page is boxes to be checked off for the GHGs, a place to record activity, thoughts for the day. I've been using them for years and love it.

when you open to a tracker page, there is a page on the left where you write in all your foods you have tracked, then a column beside the food where you can indicate if you were full, satisfied, or hungry etc. The opposite page has little tick boxes where you can put in the daily fluids, veggies, fruits, multivits etc. Also you can log your activity you did that day and also write in a goal or what your comments were. Im going off of memory since i dont have it in front of me here at work, but i was using the regular paper trackers till a few months back when i decided to buy one. I love it, it makes things so much easier.

We get free trackers at the meetings and they have spaces to check off GHG and activity points earned VS activity points used. Plus a space to check of used weekly allowance points. The best part? They're FREE!

Thanks everyone! I went ahead and ordered one. My notebook is working, but I really want to track my GHG's more accurately. Thanks again!
