Just plain crab meat...how many points is that i cant find it in the books and with summer coming being from Maryland we love our blue crabs steamed with old bay and picked by ourselves...i see crab cakes in the book but nothing about plain old picked by hand...so many questions when it comes to food AHHHHHHH (sorry had to get that out there but im doing the at home kit so im limited on resources with the exception of what they sent me)
