a little lost

  • Day 3 on this for me...so im sorry if i ask alot of questions...Ive stayed active constantly after work, im eating my points and following the rules. But ive noticed that my hands and feet feel bloated...is this normal for someone just starting out? I never drank water like i do now, (i dont do foods with alot of salts...i cant stand salt personally), and im walking every evening after work but i feel bloated (and no its not that time either) any clues? or is this just my body getting used to the overhaul?
  • I would venture your body's just getting used to things. What does "staying active constantly" mean? Exercise can actually bloat my hands and feet - specifically walking. Are you walking a lot?
  • Well at my job im mostly sitting down but i do run around my room alot to get to printers and so on. So normally in a day just at work im walking 2-3 miles in 8 hours. Then when i go home im outside working in the yard then i go walking for about a half hour or so (for now) more then i ever did before so to me thats staying active constantly lol.
  • From my experience, when i start ww (for the billionth time ), or when i start with the excessive water again, my body is not sure if it's going to get it regularly so it holds onto it for a while. Then when it knows your going to keep giving it water, it will release the stored supply and replenish with the new.
  • thanks pointspluspioneer maybe thats whats going on...i drink about 32 ounces while im at work then maybe another 16 or so ounces at home (after i get home and have my 1 glass of ice tea) before it was all soda during the workday and then nothing but tea or soda when i got home...so my body may be lost with all this water lol
  • Yup, sounds right. It will come off the more you drink. I hate that bloat feeling! I wake up and depending on the salt the day before, my fingers feel like little sausages lol
  • thats exactly how my fingers felt this morning...seems as the day has gone on im not feeling as bloated...i just hate that bloat feeling makes me feel fatter ugh.
