I AM PLANNING TO DO WEIGHT WATCHERS PLUS...BUT CAN'T FIGURE
MY DAILY POINTS. 200LBS.69 IN TALL F. I ALSO WANT ONE OF THOSE COOL TICKERS
WITH THE GOALS. CAN ANYONE HELP. GOING THE BIG SHOP TOMORROW, ANY IDEAS MUST HAVES??
I'm afraid I can't tell you how many points you'll get, I've been on WW many times in the past but always Momentum. So I'm giving it another go at home. Must haves that I find incredibly helpful are the points calculator, a food scale (any will do, the WW one is really expensive) and a journal. I love the WW journals. I always feel re-motivated when I start a fresh journal and enter all my info. Hope this helps!
Depending on which weight watchers program you choose - you can google your number of points and then you'll have an extra weekly allowance. I definately agree with a digital kitchen scale, unsweetened applesauce if you bake (to replace half of the fat in a recipe), fruits, veggies, journal for food (I use a hard covered note book from the dollar store & love it), you can print slide rulers for points values off online.
