about to be my TOM any day so i didnt weigh in today. i weighed in yesterday morning and was up to 174lbs which i know is because of bloat. skipped weigh in which actually makes me feel better because i have another week to get the scale down a little more. ive been doing good. exercising well, drinking lots of water, following the wendie plan/calorie cycling to a T. Hope it will show next Wed!
jinksie: i actually thought about taking those water pills to help me with the weigh in...but i just dont want to get in the habit of taking those when i feel "bloated". |
i never feel bloated. I so it as a precaution. Just because i dont feel it doesnt mean its not there, and it helps with cramping, or tooth aches or any other symptoms. and i only take them on those 2 days. Having said that i didnt take one this morning because i wasn't going to weigh in this week

Jinx- I'm not too sure about broth "with things in it" hahaha!
I ended up getting the chicken/shrimp combo. The WW iPhone app lists hibachi in there. So I just used that as a basis. If I'm off a few points here or there, well life goes on. I figured a cup of the ckn/skrimp to be 7 and a cup of veggies 5. Soup and salad were 4. The problem came in with the little bowl of rice. I guessed at 10 because that's what's listed for plain fried rice. I ended up takin half of the entree home with me. We ate at 7, and usually by 10 I need a snack. But tonight, I am fine. So I guess it balances out. I was only over my daily points by 5, and I still had all my weeklies. So I think I'll be okay. Maybe that's just wishful thinking. |
I had my first weigh in since I started where I gained weight. I only gained 0.8 pounds, so it wasn't too horrible, but it definitely made me upset. I was .2 away from hitting 20 pounds lost and I just wanted to hit that.
Now I need to start right back at it tomorrow and really look at everything that I'm eating/tracking. I just want the scale to continue going down instead of up. :( |
I lost 2.5 this week, did WI this morning. Total loss since starting... 21lbs! i am so excited to work my way out of the 220's and into the teens :P

I'm down another 1.4#. That's six weeks of consistent losses, for a total to date of !5# AND I made my 5% goal. Whoo hoo!!!
I'm participating in the Independence Day Challenge thread on the WL Support forum, and my goal for that was 35 pounds. I'm not sure I can lose another 20 in only 8 weeks, but no matter where I'm at by July 4th, it's going to be less than I am now, so I'm THRILLED! When I started I wanted to have lost 50 pounds by my 40th birthday in September. I will absolutely make that goal!!! |
