Finally, into the 170s for the first time in years!
This week I was worried about because it was my birthday and I ate out twice that day (I posted a thread about that) but I really did focus on weight loss and exercised several times this week so came through with a .8 loss (not huge but great all the same).
Next goal is to get out of the obese category into "just" overweight....
Into the 170s!
