Goals for April: I've been losing about 1 lb a week so I'm going to aim high and go for 5 lbs this month! That would take me out of the 220s (at least according to the WW scale).

Note: my scale is higher than WW and my ticker is based on my WW weight. Will update with my WW weight on weigh in days (right now it is Monday night but that will be changing soon :().

4/2: 226.6
4/3: 226.0
4/4: 226.6 (WW WI: 225)
4/5: 227.4
4/6: 226.6

So happy you started a thread like this :).

When I weigh myself at home I am always less then the WW scale because of clothes. My Ticker is also based on my weigh in's at WW.

4/1 - 249.4
4/2 - 249.4 (at WW I was 252.4 because of my clothes)
4/3 - 251.5 (ate a lot of points Saturday)
4/4 - 250.4

I am too! I weigh myself every Friday morning!
Today I weighed in at 206.8. My goal for April is to be at 196 for the end of the month!!

My weigh in this morning (at home) was 196 but i go by ww with my ticker which is usually a pound higher. My goal is 189 by May 1st!

I remember being 170 and having the NERVE to complain!! I would take that in a heartbeat :)

Todays weigh in was really depressing. I didnt lose anything and stayed the same. The only upside is that i did not gain. I went to my first Zumba class right after, feeling like a weight loss loser. I didnt know what i was doing and felt like my feet were all jumbled around. In the end i had fun, and i would go back. I worked out 5 times this week. Was on the eliptical every night after work....getting home at almost 1am. I was 231lb on Friday, then WI on Saturday i miraculously gained 3 lbs and was marked at 234lb. Thankfully i can vent here, cause my boyfriend is sick of me talking about WW and WI's, and points and numbers... Ugh.

Week #1 on WW (from Atkins) and my scale was 133.4 last Sunday
This morning it read 128.3 !! So a 5.1lb loss.

I am really surprised and know it will not always be this much but I will take it. Since I have less to lose I was expecting no more then maybe 1.5lbs a week.
I have been running alot more then before because I am training for a 10mile race, so that may have also helped

My first April WI this morning was - 2.6, bringing me to a total of -90.2 since starting WW back in August last year!

I don't know if I'll set a goal for April but I'm hoping for 6 more pounds and if it happens, then yay!

Today I weighed in at an even 267lbs., so down 2.8 from last week! Whoo!

I only lost .8 this week, but I expected a low gain since I lost 3.8 last week. But it did get me to 5 lbs lost since I joined WW--5.5 to be exact. And in 3 weeks, that isn't bad! It got me over the plateau I had hit, the reason I joined weight watchers in the first place!

I weighed in yesterday and was down 2.8 lbs. That is 51.4 lbs lost since starting WW. It feels so great to think that I've lost over 50 lbs! I don't feel like I look like I've lost 50 lbs but I've never been so motivated to keep going before.

I'm frustrated too! My weight has been going up and down for the last 3 weeks! It is about to be my TOM so I know that has a factor, though....

Goal by 4/30 is 165-167.

I knew TOM had to be coming soon, all I wanted was chocolate last night, lol. I am defiantly not feeling good this morning, so bloated. Hopefully I will have the energy to walk on the treadmill tonight. I already did my mile walk this morning but it was a very slow walk :p.

Good morning and good luck Jinksie! I weighed myself this morning and i'm STILL 195.2, it's beein about 7 weeks now :( but i started yesterday calorie counting to see if i'm in line with my pts, seems i am around 1400/day but i'm going to stride for 1200 and see if i can't break through this plateau!

1200 is very low, make sure you do not go below that amount or your body will go into starvation mode. I did calorie counting for a year and tried 1200 calories. I lost less weight eating 1200 calories then eating 1400-1500 calories, go figure :p but everyone is different.

I thought of that as well BlueEyes. When i was going to the gym and met with a nutritionist, she put me on a 1300 calorie diet and that was with spinning and step 3-4 times a week. I'm going to keep that in mind and see how it goes. Never even knew about the BMR until yesterday!!

PointsPlus, I think 1200 might be a bit low. Check what your BMR is.. you shouldnt be eating below that unless you are exercising frequently. Your plateau MIGHT be from not getting enough calories. I've been stuck on a plateau for weeks and was also eating 1200-1250 calories and recently upped to between 1350-1650.

It not only tell you your BMR, but also your daily caloric needs and let you know pretty much how many calories you should be eating daily to lose 1-2lbs a week based on your daily caloric needs.

Hope this gets you going on calorie counting! :)

My weigh in today: 173.6. I'm doing calorie cycling and yesterday was my high calorie day and i'm due for TOM any day now so I was happy that at least I am a pound lighter than I was yesterday!

I weighed in at 197 today! I'm still shocked that I'm under 200 lbs but knowing I've crossed that line really motivates me to keep going. Also I have been trying to walk/run 3 miles whenever I can and today I improved my time on the treadmill by 4 minutes!

Went to WI this morning and am down 2lbs. I got another 5lb loss sticker in front of the group which was cool :P Looking forward to getting my first charm. What is the weight for the first one? 20?

When you hit your 10%, you will get your key chain and then after that you start to get charms for the key chain. I hope to hit my 10% next week!!

Morning!

My home scale says 162 AGAIN! It's been like this ALL week and I'm getting frustrated. I know I'm eating enough because I eat an extra 10 to 15 points per day because I'm burning almost 2000 calories at the gym. Grrrrr!

I share your frustration, Kim. I've been bouncing around between the same lb or so all week long. I really want to believe that WW will work for me but I'm starting to question it.

body is becoming efficient kim. It's adapted to running, so its not a shock anymore.
Something i used to read when i joined this forum, was about zig zagging calories, so your metabolism could never settle on something. Perhaps that might work for both of you, but adapt it to you, and WW.
say you have 33. eat 33 one day... then 31, 34, 32, 33, 35... - just an idea
