My first weighin is tomorrow and I am really nervous. My week was filled with ups and downs. I was only motivated to exercise twice. What were you feeling right before your first weigh in?
It was a little nerve-wracking even though I weigh every morning. It's since gotten a lot easier, even on the weeks where I seem to indulge a bit more. Good luck!
I was excited! I new I was on plan, and working it. I wasn't working out too much at that time. I haven't had that big of a loss (3.4) since I started.
