So...I've decided to start doing Weight Watchers from home. Since I'm switching back to Momentum...I think it's going to be best for me. I know that I can still go to meetings, but I don't know that I'm getting much out of them that I can't get here.
Also---I want to start doing some different classes, Zumba, Spinning, etc. And I don't have the time to do classes during the week and WW Meetings with work and the twins, I only have so much time.
BUT...if it doesn't work out, I'll definitely go back to meetings. But it's something I want to try to see if it works for me.
