Anyone know how many points Leslie Sansone's 3 mile walk is?
You can look up videos, but they only go as high as 2 miles... and a few of the varied videos... i unfortunately do 3, 4 or 5... (so for now i've added a 2 and 1 together)... but does anyone by chance know? (exercise thread is dead... so i thought it'd be better to ask here)

If I do something they don't have in the activity tracker on etools I calculate it based on perceived intensity (low, moderate, high) and the amount of time spent doing it.
