Default question

since the lowest point range is 18- 23 points so does that mean at that level you are under 1200 calories aday. and is that safe to do?

Theoretically a point is 50 calories, BUT some points are as high as 70-80 calories and stuff, plus with a 100-200 calories for free food, chances are, if you're eating in the upper part of the range, that you would make about 1200... I think someone posted that the calorie range for the 18-23 point range is something like 1050-1300 or so... But if you're worried eat at the upper end of the range and if you exercise definitely eat in the upper end of the range and maybe even eat more points (the old range was 18-25 points).

Take Care!
