Default I love e-tools

I love the feedback from e-tools on Weigh In Day. If you lose, you get a nice little message, and if you gain you get encouragement to look back and see what you could and couldn't change.

That's one think I like that Sparkpeople was missing for me. It never gave me feedback on weigh ins, whether I was up or down. It was just that same lady holding her scale up.

And I like that I can put notes in at each weigh in so I can scan back and see what worked and what didn't.

Ooo, ooo! Me too! I put in stuff like vacations, visitors, restaurant I went to, Rx changes, sickness or flu and this week I will make a comment about the weather because it kept me home two (maybe three) days.

I don't like it when it says my points need to be reduced. (I lied - I do like it! It means I'm losing!)

I love how easy it is to track your food. Setting up favorites and using the recently added section is so fast. Just drag and drop! I really credit doing so well this time around with the addition of online tracking.

Although I was an etools subscriber from the get-go, I never really used it until we switched to P+ - since I needed to look up points and learn a new program, I got the iphone app and absolutely love it! I would have a very difficult time returning to just paper tracking now.

I like the weight graph, that shows all the little milestones and how it will calculate your rate of loss, average points used, etc. for various time frames.

I am always on my computer at work, so it is so easy all day long to track online. I love it!

I have a monthly pass which is $39.95 and the E-tools comes with it. I believe you can use it for an online subscription only. Not sure of that cost though.

I love it too! I'm consistantly losing now that i keep it up on my computer all day. Sooooo much better than writing in that tracker. I was cheating myself thinking i could just keep it in my head. Seeing it in front of me has kept me real and i'm now consistantly losing YAY!

Me too! Especially to watch the weight tracker and inches tracker! I also like the positive reinforcement the website has 'built in'! However, I also find the meetings really great for accountability, so I think the combination of both and the monthly pass for $40 is really the way to go!

I have been doing WW since last March, but I just started using e-tools two weeks ago. I love it!
I find that I'm more diligent with my tracking.

Does anybody know why the monthly pass isn't available everywhere? It says it's not available in my area.
