Shopping List

  • Hi all!
    I am going to be starting on Points plus as soon as my kit comes in the mail,possibly by Wednesday.
    Sunday I will be doing my weekly grocery shop.And I wanted to go ahead and stock up so when my kit arrives I can get right to it.
    I was wondering from all of you if you had some suggestions to get me started?Maybe things you all swear by or buy weekly that you couldn't live without?

    - Fage 0% Greek yogurt
    - fat free milk
    - light laughing cow cheese
    - eggs
    - cut cantaloupe
    - apples
    - fresh kale
    - carrot sticks
    - frozen unsweetened blueberries
    - unsalted chicken, beef and vegetable stock
    - canned diced tomatoes
    - canned beans (great northern, cannellini, garbanzo)
    - fat free refried beans
    - brown basmati rice
    - chicken breasts

    Activia regular yogurt
    Light greek yogurt
    fresh and frozen berries
    lemons, limes
    bananas, apples
    other seasonal fruit
    EGGS!
    whole wheat english muffins
    laughing cow light or swiss cheese
    chicken

    romaine lettuce and spinach
    mushrooms and red peppers

    fresh mint and basil

    unsweetened almond milk
    coffee and green tea, herbal teas
