I was not sure what to do but i hope everything is sorted out in my head. I have decided to be on weight watchers for this year of 2011. I want to also continue making my homemade veggie juices and shakes: i mean you cant go wrong with veggies right! So I just thought I would put my intentions out into the univrse and hope my life will be thinner in 2011! My plan is to eat Vegan atleast 3 days a week with limited red meat and non organic meat. I am limited on money but I am sure God will help me work it all out!
