Default New WW Program

Hi there all you Weight Watchers! I am thinking of joining WW On-line and I am just curious what you all think of the new program? Is it much different from the previous program? I have been on WW before, but have been just counting calories the past year or so, but I feel like I need something new to get me motivated again (hopefully).

Thanks for your feedback.

I lost 40 lbs on WW back in 2005. I have gained it all back, but when I've tried to go back in the past I just haven't been motivated.
Something about this new plan has me motivated. Like it is a fresh start for both weight watchers AND for me.
I like the plan and I encourage you to join! (although you seem to be doing very well on your own!)

I have been doing WW online for 5 months. When they switched to the new program I was terrified because I was doing just fine on the old program and the new one seemed very different. Now I love the new program. It is guiding me in a good direction, making sure I don't eat to many things I could get by with on the old program. When I want a sweet snack, now I reach for an apple. When I want a really filling supper, I throw in a bunch of veggies to whatever I am making. All fruit and most veggies are no ZERO points so I eat lots more of them.

I can tell you that joinin WW and doing the p+ program is awesome. I joined ww once before and fell off the wagon so fast because I felt I wasn't changing my life style, just counting calories and what good is it if all you do is eat junk even if it's just 1200 of them. in any case, since fruit counted towards your points, i never used them on fruit, rather junk. with the new prog I find myself reaching for healthy alternatives. I love the fact that the focus is on protein and fiber which is exactly what we all should be focusing on. Good luck and hopefully you can join....
