I have my 3rd meeting this morning and I'm down another pound.
I weigh every day on my scale at home and write down the weight, but have Wed. as my "official" day. I like to see the trends and I know it fluctuates but I also know it needs to fluctuate in a general downward direction...
This week I exercised less and ate all of my WPs and 18 APs. I switched to using APs first which I think was a bad idea for me, because I ate them and dove into my WPs, whereas before I would guard my APs and only eat my WPs. So, I'm switching back.
And, I realized that if I don't enough water during the day, I think that I'm hungry when really I'm just thirsty.
