When I first began Weight Watchers I went public on my Facebook Page, I posted my true starting weight along with pictures. I was embarrassed at first because I was so big but instantly I received so much love and support from everyone. Every week I post my weight, what I've lost etc, and receive messages from people I don't even know telling me what an inspiration I've been to them. This is a true blessing because now I can reach MORE people and spread the word that losing weight IS POSSIBLE without pills, surgery or crazy diets!
