Default How Many Activity Points Do You Aim For?

I went to my first meeting tonight, but didn't stay for the "lesson" since I've done WW in the past and I get the concept.

But I was wondering if they give you an activity points target to meet?

How many activity points do you all aim to get in each day? (Not eat, expend.)

We don't talk a lot about activity points in my weekly meetings, my leader does stress the importance of fitting activity into our daily routine. When I'm at the gym I try to earn at least 4 activity points and sometimes I'll save them to use at the end of the week rather than dipping into my extra weekly points.

I have started a program called Turbo Fire, 30 minutes for me is 9 activity points. it is high intensity, but i love it. I don't eat the extra points, but it is nice to know they are there if I need them!

I am happy if I get 15 AP a week. Bear in mind that I am extremely conservative on counting activity points so I count most everything as low intensity except my session with a trainer. I have it set up to use activity points before WP with the plan to rarely use WP.

Sherral, I'm gonna have to look into that workout! is it a dvd or a class at the gym or something?? 9 pts is amazing for 30 min I have yet to include exercise, these 60 hr work weeks are killing me and my energy is super low so maybe once they let up I can start walking or something..

Turbo Fire is by BeachBody and is fun and tough. Great music. A little pricey so check Ebay or Craigslist. It is a fun workout and has been proven to burn 9x more fat that a regular cardio workout.

Yeah Turbofire is awesome! So is Chalene Johnson's other workouts called Turbojam.. I think I like turbofire a little bit more cause it incorporates both of them and kind of creates something a bit different but very similiar.. I highly recommend those. I haven't tried chaLEAN extreme yet.. I did WW's few years ago and used turbo jam most of the time and lost 46 lbs on it.. it really does work.. The workouts are super fun/high energy!
