E-Tools and Activity Points

  • Was at a meeting on Wed. and you can now swap your activity
    points before your weekly allowance. Under food tracker at the top you
    click on settings.

    I don't know if there is an actual difference, but I'd prefer to use up my activity points before my weekly points. I've burned those "points" in that day, it never made sense to me why I'm going to use them at the end of the week. Its just more immediate metabolic activity, but I may be reading too much into that
  • I prefer to use my APs first for the same reason as Stellarosa. Those are points that I have earned and I'll often eat some of them back after a workout. I want to get myself into the habit of earning my splurges and treats....for example I had a Christmas party on Saturday night where I knew there would be food and drink that wouldn't fit into my daily points. I worked out on Saturday afternoon to pad my points for the day. I still dipped into weeklies, but didn't feel as bad about my Saturday night splurge.
