Unhappy got to thinking and got sad then..

Ate an 8 pt slice of apple pie and parts of a pecan one which is 12. So bad
Sorta mad at myself now. Problem's in my relationship and no contact with him atm got me upset and I gave into an old habit. :/ 16 flex points used

yeah I prob just gained like 5 pounds though lol. theres so much sugar in pecan pie, even if it was just a couple small bites.

nah, remember it takes 3500 cals to create a lb of fat and there's no way those bites was that much, you are still within your pts even if it was your weekly pts so you may retain a little sodium etc from it but it's not a real gain if you see any at all so don't feel down, just know you are still 100% op and no real damage is done we are here for you!!

this is also due to the fact that i have no fruit in my house at the moment.
Strawberries, grapes, blueberries, and raspberries are usually my saving grace. However, I have none sooooo yeahh
