Default PointsPlus Daily Points?
I just recently decided to go back to Weight Watchers to find everything changed. I've been researching and I've learned a bit about it but I still haven't found anywhere that tells me how many daily points I'm allowed. Could someone please help??
I'm 19, weigh 145, and am 5'2.
