Default Completed week #1 of my journey

I started counting both calories and points last Friday. I did both for a few days and decided to go with the WW point system. I lost 3 pounds exactly in my first week, but I am thinking that it may be just water weight? I have not joined the meetings or online, just doing it without paying the $.

Anyway -- this is how it went:
I stayed right at my points every day.
I ate a lot of Smart Ones, which I am sure are really not that good for you, but I needed to be exact on my recording of food and that seemed the best way.
I didn't drink much water, because I don't like it, but I did try.
I cut coffee back by about 80% and my heartburn is so much better now!
I ate NO fast food; this is amazing since I was eating fast food at least one time per day!!
I didn't exercise, but I am thinking about it, trying to decide what I would like to do.
I actually ate some vegetables and fruit, which is rare for me. In fact I love Clementines.
I am scared to use my 35 flex points.
I just made my daughter mac-n-cheese and I am scared I will eat the whole bowl. I guess I will have the mac –n-cheese Smart One and pray for strength.

So any input on how I did for week 1 would be greatly appreciated!!!

HA your first week sounds very much like mine (minus the mac n cheese ) You did great!! The weight loss numbers can be high for the first week or two but just keep with it and don't get discouraged when you have a few weeks with low numbers. Way to go!

Thanks Jenny! I probably need to stop weighing myself everyday too, I didn't weigh this morning and I am going through withdrawal.
