  • I own a Middle Eastern Restaurant in Michigan, so I KNOW HUMMUS. Sesame seed paste is good oil for you. I have this recipe from when I was in WW in 2005...its very good.

    •1 15 oz can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drained (save liquid)
    •1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
    •1 tablespoon lemon juice
    •1 tablespoon tahini, or low fat peanut butter if you prefer (optional, but if you do not use, increase yogurt by 1 TBSP)
    •1/2 cup plain yogurt
    •1 teaspoon salt
    You can have 1/4 cup with the old POINT system and stay within your WW pts...you shouldn't be counting calories on WW to begin with...big no no. Lets see what happens with the new Pro Points Plan that is already out in the UK! Good luck all
