Post How many points for chinese beef curry and fried rice

it hasnt got it im my eating out guide just veg curry..........im planning on having one at weekend as me i my partner like to chill and have a takeway on a sat .

I know fried rice is 10 but is that for a Normal portion you get in the foil tubs?
Think im going to go back to boiled rice and that 6.5 points

Every little helps i suppose

I have seen it written down as 9.5 for beef curry and 10 for the egg fried rice. I have always counted Chinese points per tub. Bear in mind though that they were Discover Plan points and the new ProPoints system in the UK is likely to be different. You may not have changed over yet, though and your points allowance will also change, so if in doubt count it the old way.
