Default GHaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...foiled by WW Candy

So I was having a huge chocolate craving...the first one in the past 3 weeks. SO...I know WW makes a candy, so I figured, I'll get that...it'll satisfy my need and not kill my day.

Super excited...1 point per serving chocholate and coconut??!! SIGN ME UP!!! 2.5 servings...3 points for the bag...this will satisfy my PMS Chocolate craving and I can go on my merry way of eating salad and chicken for lunch.

....1 point per piece...not serving. I just ate 8pts...Mother *$&%)#(. I could have totally just gotten a Hershey bar and had 6 points in the whole one...

Not gonna lie, they were good. But live and learn I suppose.

No snack tonight for me!!! Unless it's some cucumbers!!

well, at least you know now that they are good, and they can be a designated treat when you HAVE to have some chocolate.

do they have that sweetener that acts ... um ... like a laxative? I had some hard candies once, well I had about 20 hard candies...and OMG...I was almost caught in public with a bad situation!

AWW! That stinks! I had these cinnamon cookies that my mom bought me, they felt "light" and I thought they'd be safe to eat. I ate a whole row of them. Only to find out that the serving size was 2 cookies and that alone was 250 cals. About 10 cookies later, I thought I was going to be sick!

I don't think so. I don't seem to have any problems...yet....

I assume that it could have been worse and I can still work it into my day...but I definitely should have double checked that. It was kind of misleading. Because any other one of their things says "4 points" on the front for the serving.

Well lesson learned the hard way I suppose that sucks for you but good thing you noticed before you did it again. Try the little 100 cal chocolate bars maybe next time? I think they have them in areo bar, kit kat and so on.

I'm just happy I realized it...even if after wards...so I didn't go over for the day. I just ended up using some of my flex points for dinner. Obviouslyall those points weren't super filling so I was starving last night. lol

I'm just happy that it didn't send me into a ridiculous binge and I revived the day.

I definitely did pick up on some emotional eating...work has been stressful...home has been stressful. It's the first time I ever linked the two together. So now I definitely know. And I'm proud of myself for not binging on a burger and fries that I started craving out of no where.
