The new program will roll out here Tuesday evening.

I'm one of those lapsed lifetimers, but I'm going back. I'm no good on my own.

Anyway, I'm really pumped about the new program and excited for Tuesday night.

I believe the new WW propoint plan doesn't come out till the first week in December here in Canada. I look forward to starting a new year with the new plan.

And then again I don't want to use the new program for 2 days and potentially screw up my weight either.

I'm waiting until my normal meeting on Wednesda to weigh in and get the "official" materials. I didn't want to do half the week on the old plan and then the other half on the new one.

So finish out this week on the old plan. I think that's what I'm gonna do, even after weighing in today which isnt my normal weigh in day

If you pay weekly you can go to as many meetings as you would like. However, you can only weigh in once per week... Essentially, when you weigh you pay.

My meeting is at 9:30 am today. I plan to start a new tracker and really take this baby on! There is no time like the present. I am a lifetime member who has let it all slide time and time again. I've not been at goal weight for years. I hope this is my time and that I can do this.
I know even the WW web facebook site had a video about fruits being free now. I went grocery shopping yesterday and bought extra fruit with joy. Imagine being able to have a whole banana and not count two points?
One tip I'll offer is to cut up an apple and microwave it with Splenda and cinnamon on it, and it tastes like apple pie. You can enjoy it like a dessert. : )
Also, I wonder if dried fruits will be free too? That would be so awesome. I have a dehydrator and love dehydrated apples in particular.

Hi everyone.....

I've always liked WW with one exception....I was always starving!! 20 points just didn't seem to be enough. This new plan has sparked some interest for me. Are we still gonna be using the same slider? And I'm wondering if the total points for the day will be less.

I love everything you wrote!!! I am a lifer too, my life spiraled out of control a couple of years ago and my weight skyrocketed I went on Sunday to attend the launch of the program even though my regular meeting isn't until Wed. According to my home scale, I've already lost 2 lbs!!! And trust me....I'm eating....just a whole lot healthier!!

I am going to try your apple idea....sounds scrumptious. Good luck, have a great day and keep us posted!!

I've been doing that apple thing for a very long time. I'll bet the concept would work well with other fruit as well?
Looking forward to making the effort. I hope the upcoming Christmas season doesn't sabotage this. But, that is a few weeks away and I can make some headway between now and then. I only have one party so far, and of course it is tomorrow. But, there will be salad and fruit salad there, as it is pot luck. One of our group is a vegetarian and someone is making vegetarian vegetable soup. So, I know three things I can fill up on. : )

I am excited about the new plan! As gung-ho as I was a month ago to lose weight, it quickly diminished when we all got the stomach flu, and then I got a sinus infection. Now that I'm healthy again, I am ready to get the ball rolling!
