Hi everyone...I just wanted to share a bit of a success. I was not working over the summer, and by July my boyfriend and I were on a very tight budget...one that couldn't afford WW (not just the meetings but healthy food too). So for the last month I have existed on ramen, macaroni and cheese, pasta, and other cheap but bulky food items. As soon as our finances were righted, I went back to WW. I am proud to say that in a month completely off program, I only gained 3 lbs. I found myself less hungry, and able to control my urges to eat emotionally. I felt pretty proud

Plus, as of today I am back to 237, the weight I was at for my last weigh in! Hopefully by WW weigh in day I will be down more!
