  • Well, I'm back from a three day vacation and did go off program. I didn't overdue it but I was not 100% like always. I am anxious about weighing in on Monday. I was going to weigh myself this morning but I really don't want to be discouraged. So back on the plan as of this morning and keeping my fingers crossed. Wish me luck. I let you all know how I did after my Monday morning weigh in.

  • I weighed in today and I was down what I gained last week plus another 1.2. I'm going to do even better next week.

    I didn't go to the Y today but I did walk the walking trail in our development.
  • @JERZGERL: I went to Women of Faith so I was off plan Friday and Saturday because I gave into the Funnel Cake so then of course I might as well give into the pizza and garlic parmesan fries as well. I wish I could say I had an on plan Sunday but I haven't done that either so I might be gaining this week. But I won't let it get to me. Good luck at your weigh in!

    @Susan: Good job on getting back on track this week...I am going to need your will power starting tomorrow so if you are done with it for the week could you please mail it to me??? I promise I will send it right back after weigh in!!!
  • Melbellrocks, here you go We are so sure you can do this Plan your meals at least 1 day in advance, get in all your GHGs and some exercise every day and you will be a loser, too. The plan works if you work the plan.

  • Well, I went up 1lb but I refuse to be discouraged. I am looking at this weight loss journey differently than I have ever done in the pass. I think I have learned that gains will happen whether you are on of off plan. The most important part is getting back on. My next hurdle is the exercise, I did buy new sneakers and I really don't have any excuse except I have a mental block on getting started.

    JERZGERL-I totally agree! i'm trying to get the swelling down on my ankle before i get into exercise cause it's hard to elevate while exercising but i've been slacking on that too! ugh

    i'm about to go to sleep so i can safely say i've been 100% on plan for 2 full days!
  • Good news, I lost what I gained plus .8lbs. Another thing I have to overcome is my love of salt. My problem is is that it really does make foods taste better. I don't feel deprived on WW but I just not ready to give of my salt. I use Kosher salt so I am not using too much (I think) just a light sprinkle but I find it soooooooooo difficult doing without. I've tried the Mrs. Dash's but they don't do the job.
