Default date sugar

Does anyone know if 'date sugar' would be considered a filling food. I noticed that dried fruit is not. I'm a new to the filling foods plan having always counted points. I don't care for the artificial sweetners. Thanks for your help!

Sugar is sugar and it is never a filling food no matter if its made from dates, cane, beets or whatever.
