Default Starting, but have some questions!

Hi everyone! I have joined Weight Watchers several times over, however, I have not had any success simply because I do not stay on it long enough to see results. My points range is usually 20, but I always feel hungry with that low amount of points, even when I use my weekly allowance as well.
Because of this, I have upped my points to 23 and I am hoping I see a change. Have any of you had to raise or lower your points, and have you had success with it? WW is something I really want to stick with because it is such a simple program.

Speaking for myself ~ there is no way I would be able to stick to 20pts a day unless I was able to acquire a lot of activity points and use those in combination with the extra 35 per week. As of right now, I am on 31pts daily and use all of those as well as the extra 35 per week and I am losing steadily. The last time I was on WW I was able to stick to 35pts daily and lost 50lbs. I am not lowering my daily point target until I see that I am no longer losing. Even if you up your points to 25 which is an average of 1100calories daily it is very low considering most doctors recommend not going below 1200 calories a day. I lose better if I eat more I chose to eat healthy rather then spend my points on empty calories. Try 23 a day and remember to choose healthy filling foods. Monitor your weight and from then you'll be able to determine if you are able to lose on 23 a day.

25 points can be as low as 1100, but it doesn't have to be, and it shouldn't be. My daily points are 22, and I recently calculated the calories for day at close to 1600. I eat lots of fruits and veggies and other high fiber, low fat foods. This makes it a lot easier to keep the daily points on track and feel full more of the time (maybe not all of the time, but still).

Thanks very much! I appreciate this! I am hoping that this will work for me, as it seems to be a very sensible program.
