Hi all! I was on here over a year ago and was so close to my goal weight. Since then I went off plan, on anti-depressants, separated from my husband, and moved back to my home state of California. In that time I managed to gain back 45 pounds.
My mom and I re-joined WW in January, but I am only just now getting back on track. I lost four pounds this week!

I am going to crack open my Beck book and re-train my brain so that this becomes a genuine lifestyle change and not just a focus on an ego boost or a temporary fix.
