Journal Sat. Sept. 14
Active day even though I missed my spin class (I came a few minutes late and all the bikes were taken). Went to the farm, unpacked a whole lot of boxes and took a wonderful walk on the property at my new house. It is in a rental community built on a old 900 acre golf course. There are also many trails in the woods here. It was wonderful.
Breakfast protein shake 4 Snack egg 2 ezekial sprouted bread 1 Lunch salmon 5 broccoli 0 cheese 1 veggie booty 1 Snack protein bar 4 Dinner boca sausage 4 saurkraut 0 Snack rice cake and soy butter 2 Total: 24 Exercise: walking |

I"m skipping the gym today since all I've been doing is running around hauling stuff in and out of my house. I'm about to run one more errand, take a shower and then take when it cools off, go to work (nature preserve) and take mr. dog for his evening consitutional. breakfast: coffee 1 pb h 4 lunch: chicken fajita tingie 5 water dinner: who knows? water; not enough exercise: maybe a yoga tape, dog putter, running around |
