Getting really frustrated!!!!

  • I am soooo close to hitting that 20 lb. lost mark I can taste it (no pun intended)! But I am getting very frustrated at this point.

    At the last three meetings I keep losing a small amount, then gaining a small amount! I weigh myself in the morning before my meeting and think "Cool, I've done it!". But when I get to the meeting........Grrrrrrr!

    I don't eat before my meeting. I usually have one plain cup of coffee and, yes, I do use the bathroom before I weigh in.

    Is this what they call a plateau? It's driving me nuts!

    Tomorrow I will weigh in once again hoping for that magic 20 lbs gone number. I have literally watched every morsal of food/drink I've taken in this week AND I added two extra workout days in.

    If this doesn't get it.....I really am getting frustrated!!

  • When is your meeting? You should still be able to have breakfast before hand or do you eat your breakfast after the meeting?

    Are you using your activity points? Maybe you might be taking in too little.
    Recheck your daily health guidelines and make sure you are getting everthing in. Do you use your weekly points?

    I rechecked mine and realized that I wasn't getting enough veggies/fruits in and that really helped my last week's loss.
  • Thanks! My meeting is at 9am and I arrive about 8:30 to get weighed in. I do eat all my daily points and only sometimes dive into my "35" flex points.

    On the plus side: I went to my meeting! I DID IT! I have lost 21 pounds!

    Guess worrying can up your metabolism???
