    Myra - I hope you're feeling better, not sure what HG is (been away too long) but almost blacking out sounds pretty serious. Do take care of yourself.

    lunch -- (6) at home chinken n' rice concoction with veggies - chicken - 1, rice 2, veggies - 0, oil - 2, future snack - strawberries - 1-2 pts., rice cakes - 1

    dinner -- (13) salmon - 5, noodles - 2, gusses, oil- 2, icecrea - 4

    total - 20

    exercise - 4 pts earned (prob 1 1/2 hrs med.)
    water need to work on this.

  • HG is hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. I've been suffering with that for about 15 years, but have had it under control for about 10 years. I don't know if it is all the stress I've been under or the fact that I've been getting lax on the diet (basically a diabetic diet) but the symptoms came back a few months ago with a vengeance, such as what happened Tuesday.

    I had a good WI. I lost 1.2 lbs. in two weeks. Has to be all that activity with the move because I was slightly above my points range most days.

  • my goal is not to use more than one plate all week.

    Other than the cat waking me up incessantly, I could get used to the relaxation of not making dinner.
