Default Getting ready for your week?

I'm having a difficult time planning for the week. Meals, snacks, etc - making sure I have everything I need for the week. I work from home which makes it that much more difficult.

I know - it sounds like it'd be easier, right? When you're scheduled back to back meetings and you aren't already out and about, it's hard to 'grab' something decent for lunch.

So I'm curious - do you plan out what you're having for breakfast, lunch, & dinner all week and plan your shopping list from it? Or do you do something different?

Any resources you use to do that?

I plan out suppers for Sunday to Saturday, and typically grocery shop on Sunday to pick up most of what I'll need (exceptions being things like fresh fish, which I like to buy the day of). I also make sure we have a selection of things to choose for breakfasts and lunches, and plan those particular meals around what I'm planning for supper (for example, if I have a more points-heavy meal planned for supper, I go lighter in the day). It's just something you have to get used to doing and then after awhile, it becomes second nature.

And if you bite it, write it.
