
For the last 6 months I have been doing some pretty intensive workouts. I do kettlebells 3x's a week and have lost about 25 inches but maybe only about 15lbs. My weight started at 328lbs and is now around 312lbs.
Since my workout is so intensive I am worried about rejoining WW. I am afraid that it might now allow for enough points on exercise days. Does anyone else here do intensive exercise and still use WW? I would love to hear your expereince and advice. Thanks so much!!!!

lol! they have an option when working out points where you can say how active you are and allocate points that way. To be honest, on workout days im frequently up to 5 points over and im still loosing fine
Id say just adjust your extra points per day to how intensivly youve worked out. If you do join you can talk to your leader about it and she will have some great advice.
