So I did WW online in college for about 3 months and failed miserably. Like I don't think that I was OT for even a whole day. It ended up being a huge waste of money and I of course felt guilty for not being able to do it.
However, I have been able to lose 40 lbs on my own without following anything specific. But now I am stuck at 160 and really want to do away with the last 30lbs by summer. So I am considering trying it again....
But I am on a very limited income and could afford it but it would possibly mean that I would have to sacrifice something else in the long run.
My question is: Has anyone tried WW in the past, failed, then tried it again and succeeded?
