ok.. I have a question for a friend..

she's wanting to start WW but has none of the info.. I can't find my points thingy anywhere and need to know how many points she can have in the day..

she weighs 125 kg (275 pounds)

Tera,
Here are the ranges:
275-299: 29 - 34
250 to 274: 28-33
225-249: 26-31
And it goes down two for each range. hth! Wish your friend good luck for me!

thanks a lot Jan.. I told her that I reached my 50 pound weight loss mark today and she was so impressed that tomorrow she's gonna start WW's with me!
