Default late night, low point ideas

I just started WW yesterday and am determined to actually stick with a plan for once. I get the worst cravings for junk at night and this is how I've failed at so many plans. Anyone have ideas of easy, satisfying snacks 3 pts or less? Thanks!

Hi Michelle, Congrats on starting WW!

Lately I've been really into melba toast dipped in salsa..It satisfies the chip craving and it's only 1 pt per 5 melba toasts. I know it seems like a sad alternative to actual chips, but I've actually come to really like it. It's lower in sodium, too.
I also like the WW black bean dip (1 can of black beans, salsa to taste, and i add some cilantro in, too..) It's 0 points per 2 Tablespoons, according to the week one book! That's my kind of snack You could put it on a pita or a low point wrap if crackers aren't your thing. If you like dips, check out the WW website- there are lots of 0 point dip recipes!
I tend to crave protein, so my other go-to snack is one of those small cans of flavoured tuna (I like thai chili or tomato onion). I usually eat it with 5 melba toast (3 pts total).

Other ideas:
- laughing cow cheese (light) (1 pt per triangle)
- popcorn (depends on the brand, but usually 1- 3 pts)
- pita (1 pt) and hummus (3 pts per 1/4 cup) or tzatziki (1 pt per 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup plain FF yogurt (2 pts) with 1 cup berries (1 pt) and sweetener, if you like...

If I want something sweet, i keep skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (2 points) and fibre 1 bars (2 pts) on hand...both delicious, and don't taste like diet food! I honestly can't tell the difference between skinny cow and a regular ice cream sandwich...

I hope you like WW Good luck!

This one you'll probably think is weird but I SWEAR it's awesome and if you're starving it will keep you for hours:

1/2 oatmeal (measured dry) = 2 points
1 packet of sf/ff hot chocolate mix = 1 point

Cook the oatmeal in water, add the hot chocolate mix. You may need to add a bit more water after. Three points, kind of desserty, and incredibly filling!

If you're wanting something that seems like a meal instead of a snack, the WW endorsed Light Progresso soups! Half a can (1 cup) is 0pts for many of them, and 1 pt for others. Even if you eat the whole can of the 0pt soups, they're usually less than 3pts, and its very filling!

I do the laughing cow cheese on Reduced fat or Whole grain wheat thins.. comes to 4pts... but I do like the idea of the melba toast.. although the wheat thins generally have some good fiber in there...
The bean dip sounds simple and yummy!
Thanks for making this thread.. It's giving me some ideas

Here are my latest.
1 T Kraft Roka blue cheese dressing (the real stuff) + 1T Fat free sour cream = 2 pt. Use as dip for celery.

1 Arnold sandwich thin = 1 pt for top and botton. Cut into 8ths makes 16 dippers. Dip in 2 tsp olive oil sprinkled with your choise seasonings = 3 pt snack and your healthy oil for the day.

Depends on if you want salty or sweet. I usually go for the sweet. My favorite dessert is a vitatop, with 1/2 a cup of Breyers double churned fat-free vanilla (1 pt.) and sometimes I'll even add fruit. Either a 2 or 3 pt. dessert, depending on whether or not you add the fruit.
