I haven't been able to attend meetings for a few months.
Are there any changes to WW for 2010?

Starting this week they are giving out little pamphlet things with info about the meeting, tips, recipes and whatnot. I haven't gone yet this week (I weigh in Saturday) so I'm not really sure what all it will have on it. Anyhow, it's a 52 week thing and if you miss a week you don't get the one for that week (because there are so many they don't have space to keep extras). If I remember I'll check back in after I get mine and let you know what it's all about.

At my meeting on Monday, we all received new pocket guides, which basically look the same as the old ones but with a few little tweaks. The really nice thing is that they are in a plastic sleeve (my old one was in peices from three months of being in my purse).

The little newsletter things are also nice! They told us that, while they cannot keep the old ones around, if you miss a meeting you can contact weightwatchers.com and they will send you a .pdf of the newsletter.

According to my leader, there are no actual program changes for 2010.
