total 18.5 (yeah right...) - Okay real total: 21 not too shabby

lunch:

snack:
some pretzels 1
some m&ms 3/13
rest of snacks:
pudding ???? 4/17
water, water, water
dinner:
no idea-
halibut tacos 5/22
cheeps 2/24
skinny cow 2/26
exercise: gym -35 mins elliptical, dog putter this am, more gardening, dog walk etc.
activity points : -4 when all is said and done
water: yup
vitamin: yup

Weighed in today. Gained .4, which isn't bad with all the stress, which just keeps going and going and going .... I've heard that stress suppresses your metabolism, not to talk about the stress related eating that I can't avoid. Today was even more stressful than before. When will it end?
