I did this on another board I found it very helpful I thought I would introduce it here.
You basically Write down your meal plan for the day with points, your planned H20 consumption, and planned excercise for the Day. Then you confess yesterdays slip ups.
EG:
Today:
Breakfast (BF)- Banana and All Bran Bar (4pts)
Snack - Yogurt and tea(1pt)
Lunch - Salad w/ chicken and Cheese and asian dressing and opt jello cup(5 pts)
Snack - Veggies and apple (3 pts)
Super - Salmon, rice and steamed veggies (6pts)
Snack - 3 pts to play with
Excercise - 1 hour of walking the Dog
H20 - 1500 ml minimum
Confession: I ate 3 cookies last night the thing that sucks was I didn't even like them I just stupidly ate them
and I didn't walk my dog....poor girl!
I did have a small victory yesterday. Someone brought in a big bucket of two bite brownies and I stayed clear of them...but that doesn't make up for the cookie gate incident!
