Default What do you eat at the 24-29 Range? I'm moving there super soon!

Hello Everyone:
I am headed to the 24-29 range in a week or 2. I have 1.5 to lose to get there. So now I am thinking what do you eat when you are there. I know it is only 2 points I am losing. But it sure feels like more. So I would like some ideas that do not mean I eat WW meals for 2 meals a day. Since this is going to be a total lifestyle change. I need to change the foods I eat. I WILL not gain back this weight or quit my meetings this time.

Thanks for your help!

Congratulations in advance to you! I'm eating in the 24-29 point range. I eat a lot. Here's a sample of a workday for me:

Breakfast:

1 cup Honey Nut Shredded Wheat = 3 points
8 oz. 1% lowfat milk = 2 points

drink 16 oz. of water before leaving home

At the office (mid-morning):

decaf coffee, black = 0 point
banana = 2 points

Lunch:

ham sandwich: 2 slices of Healthy Choice ham (1 point), 2 t. lite mayo (1 point), lettuce (0 point) on 2 slices of high-fiber whole wheat bread (1 point) = 3 points
1 oz. of Sun Chips = 3 points
cherry tomatoes, celery sticks (0 points)
apple or some kind of fruit = 1 point
16 oz. of water

Afternoon snack:

WW snack bar = 2 points)
16 oz. of water

Dinner:

Morning Star Griller (vegan) patty = 3 points
hamburger roll = 2 points
mustard, onion, pickle = 0 points
baked french fries = 2 points
some kind of veggie = 0 point
8 oz. 1% lowfat milk = 2 points
16 oz. of water

PM Snack:

Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich = 2 points

Total points: 27 points
Banked points: 2 points

THIS time around, I'm finding its a lot easier to drink that water on a time schedule. I hope this helps.

Good luck!

Default Thanks Gayle!

That is exactly what I was looking for. I needed ideas of what I should eat. I am going to get all this off and I am in no rush (okay sooner would be better than later) But I know it will take time since I have not put is all on last week.

Thanks again for your help!! and good luck!

Have a wonderful day!!

Dear Pryia: When you really look at it, you're not losing any points but two. If you're going to 24-29 and coming out of 26-31, then you can "practice" by eating at the mid-to lower end of your old range. the difference should be totally imperceptable to you by the time the switch takes place.
