Meagan - with Momemtum, we are allotted a certain number of daily food points, and have 35 weekly flex points and activity points in addition to those daily points. With the Simply Filling option, we are given a list of Simply Filling foods, and don't have to count points unless we eat foods that are not on that list. WW starts everyone on Momentum at first to help teach portion control. Although we are to listen to our hunger signals with either option, it's especially important with the Simply Filling option in order to not overeat.
