I started Weight Watchers on Jan. 3rd of 2009. I am very diligent on keeping track of my points, mind you I have had a few days where I haven't tracked but I did eat pretty well. The first couple months I lost around 10 pounds each month. Then the next couple months 7 pounds each month. The last 2 months I have lost 3 pounds each month. I walk 2-3 miles a day about 5 days a week.
I guess I am just wondering if this is normal? I know it is better to lose weight slowly then to lose it fast, but I am impatient. I guess I am needing some reassurance or a kick in the pants! I just started really looking at my progress and figuring out how long it will take me to lose my remaining 38 pounds and couldn't believe at the rate I'm going it could take another 8 months!
On a brighter note I have lost 51 pounds since Jan. 3rd. Went from a size 18/20 to a solid size 12. I feel great!
